The Greek Ombudsman’s investigates problems caused by legislation or administrative acts or omissions and undertakes targeted initiatives acting as guardian of the people’s rights in both the public and private sectors.
The challenge
We have designed and developed the new corporate website that features the Complaint Monitoring System for users to create new cases/reports, update their reports and get notified for updates regarding their case by the organization.
The online platform is connected real-time with The Greek Ombudsman’s back-office system and provides real-time updates to the user.
From the first month of installing the new system, cases have increased by 14%. The agents were able to process the new cases faster and create an open platform between them and the citizens. All our efforts resulted in faster case closing times.
