LIKNOSS is the company with the world’s largest clientele in reservation systems and online distribution of electronic bookings and ticketing. The company specializes in ferry reservation and ticketing systems.
The challenge
We were asked to design and delivered a custom software solution that will assist travel agents in creating reservations for all the shipping companies around the world.
The results were dramatic. Booking ticket completion times decreased by 28%, by implementing custom keyboard shortcuts and desktop apps for Windows and Mac platforms.
